At Les Sweets, exclusivity is everything. Every dress, top, skirt, or set comes with a golden envelope, securely attached to the piece. This isn’t just packaging—it’s a seal of authenticity. If the envelope is opened or removed, the item is officially yours, and returns are no longer possible.

We understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned, so we do offer returns within 14 days—but only if the golden envelope remains untouched and attached.

How Returns Work

To be eligible for a return:

  • You must request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in perfect condition, with all tags still attached.
  • The golden envelope must remain sealed and attached to the item.
  • Once your return is approved, the item must be shipped back within 7 days.

If the golden envelope has been opened or removed, or if the item shows signs of wear, the return will not be accepted.

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, email hello@lessweets.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions.

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
  • We recommend using tracked shipping, as Les Sweets is not liable for lost returns.
  • Once we receive and inspect your item, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.

What Cannot Be Returned?

  • Items where the golden envelope has been opened or removed.
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered in any way.
  • Items returned without original packaging and security tags.

Should an item show signs of use upon return, our warehouse will create a backorder and the item will automatically be returned to the customer.
