Shipping policy

At Les Sweets, every order is prepared with the same attention to detail as our designs. Your pieces are packed and sealed with care, so they arrive as exclusive as they were meant to be.

How It Works

• We start packing as soon as your payment is verified.
• You get a confirmation email once your order is on its way.
• In exceptional circumstances delivery may take a little longer. If so, we'll let you know right away.

Delivery Times

• Belgium: 1–3 business days.
• The Netherlands: 2–4 business days.
• Rest of the EU: 3–7 business days.
• Outside the EU: 5–10 business days.

Shipping Costs

• Belgium & The Netherlands: €8, complimentary on orders over €300.
• Within the EU: flat rate €19.
• Outside the EU: flat rate €39. Any customs duties and import taxes are charged by your country on delivery and are the customer's responsibility.
